    Return Policy & Repairs

    For web orders we will happily issue a refund, or accept an exchange for store credit within 2 weeks of purchase. Items must be unworn in original pouch with tags and receipt included. Please also include a note with your name, phone number, and email address. Send all items to our studio address:

    If your SASKIA piece has been damaged or broken, we will repair the piece(s) for no cost if it was purchased in the last three months. For older pieces, the repair cost is typically $20 - $30, which does not include material costs. We do not repair jewelry that was not purchased from SASKIA.


    Materials, Sourcing & Production

    We source all of our beads, pendants and clasps from around the world - from Tibet to Thailand, Nepal to Côte d'Ivoire and beyond. Because many of the elements we use are handmade or are naturally occurring materials, there may be slight variations in stones or focal beads. Some elements may be more difficult to source than others, which is why pieces may cycle in and out as we are able to obtain the materials.

    All materials are listed on each designs' passport card, if you have specific questions about the materials in your SASKIA piece please feel free to contact us

    All of our jewelry is strung on the highest quality stringing wire on the market. Composed of 49 stainless steel cables encapsulated in a plastic coating, it is extremely strong and able to withstand a test strength of 26 lbs (although we do not advise you to tug on your jewelry!)

    SASKIA is a Brooklyn-Made Certified Gold company, which authenticates that all of our products are handcrafted in our Brooklyn studio in Industry City. We take pride in being a Brooklyn-based company that provides fair wages and benefits to our employees.


    Jewelry Care

    Please take care when storing your SASKIA pieces so you can continue to enjoy your pieces for many years to come. When unworn, we recommend jewelry should be stored unclasped and placed in a bag or box to slow metal oxidation. 

    To help you care for your pieces, consider our care kit which includes:

    • Sunshine polishing cloth
    • airtight plastic storage baggies with anti-tarnish tabs
    • extra earring backs
    • organza jewelry pouch

     

    Payments: We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa and Discover. All of our transactions are secure and encrypted, ensuring your privacy.

    Shipping: After your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. After we have processed and shipped your order you will receive another email with your tracking number. The shipment of your piece may vary depending on when your order was placed and our studio operation hours. Shipping can take up to two weeks.
