How do I log into my subscription account?
Access your subscription portal by clicking “LOG IN” located at the upper righthand corner of our homepage. Sign in using the email used to purchase the subscription. Don’t have a SASKIA account? Click “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” next to the log-in screen using the email used to purchase the subscription.
How do I see my upcoming deliveries?
All processing and shipping details are available through your subscription portal.
Can I add another subscription to my account?
We love when more makers join the club! Change the quantity of kits you wish to receive at any time in your subscription portal. Updates made by the 15th of the month will apply to the shipment approximately 2 weeks later. Changes made after the 15th will be shipped the following month. Need a kit sooner? Can I skip a month?
You can skip a payment in your subscription portal at any time before the 15th of the month. If changes are made by the 15th, no kits will be sent for the next billing period.
I want to buy something else from SASKIA. Can I add it to my monthly delivery so it’s shipped for free?
Absolutely! We’ll send you a reminder email when it’s almost time to ship each month’s kit and you can add anything from our site to your order through the portal. All add-ons ship free with your monthly delivery, so take advantage of this opportunity to snag that necklace you’ve been eyeing or that birthday gift you’ve been meaning to pick up. And remember, members get 10% off jewelry!
To ensure that your new purchases ship with your kits, follow these steps:
- Log in to the customer portal by signing in to your account using the “LOG IN” button in the upper right corner of our home page.
- Click on “Manage Subscriptions” on the left side of the screen under “Account Details”. This will take you to our subscription portal.
- Once inside the subscription portal, click the “ADD PRODUCT” button. This will open a new page where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries.
My payment method has expired, what do I do?
When a payment method is unsuccessful, you will receive an email notification with a link to change your payment information in our portal. If 3 of these email notifications go unanswered, your subscription will be paused and can be re-started at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sad to see you go but understand that things happen. If you’re looking to cancel your kits before your subscription is up, send us an email at hello@shopsaskia.com. If your subscription has ended and you choose not to continue, you can cancel yourself in your customer portal. Please let us know why you’re cancelling––feedback helps us a lot!
How do the Zoom classes work?
Once you’re subscribed, keep an eye on your inbox for an email about the Zoom classes. We offer two classes a month to accommodate your busy schedule. The email will announce the times and dates of the two classes along with the links so that you can hop right on when you’re ready to bead.
How does the jewelry discount work?
Bead Club subscribers will receive a monthly email with their discount code. The monthly code is valid for 10% off all SASKIA jewelry and can be used for one purchase during that period. If you don’t use it, no big deal––you’ll get another code the next month for as long as you’re in the club!

How do I gift a Bead Club subscription to someone?
To gift a Bead Club subscription, enter your billing address and the recipient's mailing address. In the “Notes for studio” box on the ordering page, please provide the email of the recipient. If you wish to gift a specific number of months to the recipient, be sure to cancel the subscription in the portal after your desired number of kits have been delivered, otherwise the kits will continue to ship on a monthly basis.
Do I need tools to complete these kits?
Tools are not necessary but do help in the completion of our subscription projects. Each subscription comes with an instructional booklet that lists the tools necessary to complete each project and alternatives likely found at home, like nail clippers, pliers, tape, and a tea towel.
Can I buy just one box?
While we don’t offer Bead Club kits individually at this time, we think you’ll love our a la carte KIND Kits, which include DIY projects similar to those in Bead Club but without the Zoom classes, passport, and perks like member discounts. Our Travel Tool Bags are available for purchase separately HERE.
