This is a digital receipt for customer proof that they have dropped off a piece of jewelry with us to be repaired. Any repair costs must be rung in at time of pickup.
We will repair any piece(s) for free if it was purchased in the last three months. For older pieces, the repair cost ranges. We do not repair jewelry that was not purchased from Saskia.
Please note as well, we do not do repairs during the holiday season. This time of year is very busy. Any repairs given during this time period won’t be completed until the New Year.
